Brain fog is on the minds of a lot of people today because it’s a symptom of long-haul COVID. But it’s nothing new for those of us with ADHD. In fact, it can be a source of lots of difficulties—especially for those with the primarily inattentive type of ADHD.

  • lost productivity (sometimes entire days are lost to brain fog)
  • communication challenges

  • anxiety
