This is one of those episodes you’ll want to absorb fully. In fact, even though the concept sounds simple—and indeed it really is—it’s the kind of thing you’ll probably want to come back to again. Maybe more than once.

As people with ADHD, we want to follow our plans and manage our brains and our lives. We’re shifting from Consistently Inconsistent to Consistently More Consistent.

This means accepting that you’ll never be perfect. Perfect is not possible. But eventually you manage your ADHD and life pretty well most of the time.

And the idea we’re working through today will subtly improve a number of aspects of your life with ADHD. It’s about intentionally cultivating a mindset that pervades everything. And over time, adopting this mindset WILL make your life easier!
