So here are just a few items involved in brain care:

  • sleep
  • an ADHD- friendly diet
  • exercise
  • hydration
  • healthy oils
  • vitamins and minerals
  • meditation
  • gut health
  • ADHD medication (if you take it)

Your ADHD Manipulation Matrix will have 4 columns:

  • Habit
  • Need
  • Booster
  • Inflamed Symptom
