Hi Dana, I am so blessed by finding your podcast. Since hyperfocus was actually the reason why I considered being ADHD some 20 years ago, I am very glad for your information about searchlight, spotlight, and laser focus. Hyperfocus was my only way of coping with the ADHD I was not even aware of. Now I want to learn to focus on focusing to avoid the brain fatigue I so often experienced. Thanks a lot
