It might be time to hang on to your wallet! But that can be tough to do—it’s called “impulsive” spending for a reason!
For those of us with ADHD, it can be hard enough to stick to a budget without stores, online ads, retail apps, emails, and all the techniques that are engineered to hit our dopamine receptors! This creates a big mess for us that leads to shame, clutter, debt piling up, money worries, and stress.
We need an ADHD-friendly approach to impulsive spending, and there’s no better time to talk about it than right now!
