There’s an important piece of planning that many people overlook and something that has completely changed my life: the weekly plan.
Why is this so important? Because when you have ADHD, you live in the NOW. So we often miss things that are just off in the future.
Don’t get overwhelmed by this. Tune in below for the benefits of a weekly plan and how to do it.
Then keep learning about ADHD and the importance of planning:
Hi Dana, loved your podcast topic. Taking care of scheduled appointments with others, routines etc is not a challenge for me.
Typically I feel overwhelmed during the planning of work-related tasks requiring a steady dose of mental efforts. So I struggle a lot with setting a realistic weekly agenda for work-related tasks.
40 hours in a single week is plenty enough time for me. But I am not very good at showing up fully for my scheduled tasks (bad procrastination habit). Either I aim for too much or too little and do not know how to build a positive momentum from week to week.
Would love to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks so much for your productive series – a much needed topic in world of ADHD.
