For those of us with ADHD, we tend to do things haphazardly and then wonder why our lives are chaotic. We try to multi-task, we approach our day-to-day tasks inconsistently, we constantly reinvent the wheel, and while this might make things interesting at some level — it actually makes life hard.

Before you groan about the drudgery of routine (we get it!), remember that businesses that succeed are the ones that find the optimal approaches to their operational tasks, and they perform them consistently. Our lives get so much easier when we do the same thing with our daily lives.
