With brains that constantly crave stimulation, the appeal of trying to do more than one thing at a time is almost too much to resist for many people with ADHD. And that’s one reason we find ourselves multitasking.
But if you believe you’re being more efficient… or if you believe you’re actually multitasking… you’re in for a rude awakening! Science has proven that what we often call “multitasking” is not possible!

- waste a lot of time
- use up a lot of energy unnecessarily
- add to our stress
- reduce our working memory
- and cause more problems!

Oh… and we talk about the one type of multitasking that not only works… it’s actually good!
