Our ADHD symptoms can be more intense at times and less severe at others. And it’s been said that ADHD is a bit like a continuum … some cases are mild and others are extreme.
So how can you know when things are bad enough that you need to get help for your ADHD symptoms?
In our last episode, we talked about the different types of help for ADHD. This week, we discuss 5 big signs that your ADHD symptoms are severe enough that you need to seek help.

Hi David
The podcasts are great. I am just listening to #25. You do mention at the end that podcast notes are found when you type kicksomeadhd.com/020. I did that, but now can not find the podcast notes (this may be me as I am not a computer person). Could you let me know where I can find them?
Thanks
Jolanda
Hi Jolanda,
Thanks for your note and thank you so much for listening! I actually think you found the right place since your comment appears on the page for Episode 20. We post notes with each episode, but sometimes the notes are more detailed than others. Once in a while, we mention something specific in the episode that we plan to add to the notes. If that happened in this case, please let me know and I will personally go back and re-listen to the episode so that we can make sure nothing got missed. (That has happened. And it’s on me when it does!)
Either way please let me know if there was something you were particularly hoping to find here. We’re working aggressively on improving our processes in 2022 and your experience here is very important to us.
Thanks again!
