We talk frequently about accepting reality and accepting ourselves. But how do we do those things while also doing what it takes to make the contribution we’re here to make?
Do we risk becoming complacent to the point of failure?
How do we navigate being kind toward ourselves and still find the motivation we need in order to do what life requires?
We’re grappling with some deep questions, but they aren’t purely philosophical. How you think about these things has a big impact on your day-to-day life… and on your big-picture outcomes.
Wow! Amazing!!!!
Dana… Where the heck did you find this guy??? David, I don’t say this to guys very often but I think I can say love you man! We are so alike that I feel like I’m saying this to myself lol… You are simply amazzzzing! Thank you my friend for this episode. I JUST discovered you guys’ podcast today on Dana’s website. Thanks to Tara also because it’s through the ADHD awareness expo that I REdiscovered Dana. I always loved listening to Dana when she used to air on Tara’s show years ago…. Dana is such a kind person. I love you too Dana. Thanks to God for you being such a wonderful person!
Keep up the great work guys.
To maintain my sanity (and it helps me a lot), I listen to A LOT of ADHD podcasts, especially when I tidy up the house (I hate doing that but the JUST the fact of listening to ADHD podcasts as I do makes the work VERY enjoyable actually lol). I MUST SAY that David and Dana’s podcast, in years of listening to all sorts of them, IS THE BEST podcast I have EVER LISTENED TO!
I’m so GRATEFUL to the Lord for leading me to this simply OUT OF THIS WORLD Amazing resource! Thank you a million guys!
I love you both!
PLEASE stay away from AI. That’s ONLY for monkeys (not us the fish types). Let’s keep using what God has given us because we were wonderfully made. AI will be the downfall of humanity. As ADHDers, we want to be a small part of the SOLUTION, not make the problem any bigger, do we?
Take care and God bless
